Shipping Information

Free shipping is available on orders over $70 and more.

Standard Shipping Rate fees are based on package weight (see our shipping policy).

Regardless of the shipping method selected, orders will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the USA and PO Boxes with US addresses.

We will soon expand to international shipping—stay tuned!

Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking numbe

Returns

Initiation: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Back: Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.

OBS: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories, women's clothing, and undergarments.
  • Sale or discounted items.

About Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit instead of the original payment method.

Instructions to initiate a return

  1. Fill out the return form below.
  2. Enter your order number.
  3. Select your return reason.
  4. Briefly explain why you’re returning the item.
  5. If the item is damaged or incorrect, upload clear photos (requests without photos won’t be accepted).
